Lawrence Golan: Is he break­ing the law?

Today’s case of the day, Golan v. Holder, is a some­what com­plex case. On the sur­face, it’s merely a ques­tion of the lim­its of Con­gres­sional power with respect to copy­rights, but there are a cou­ple of inter­est­ing related ques­tions that arise here.
